Last Call!

At the airport!!

We got all of our packing done and then headed out for a workout by bike.

15 minutes there, 15 minutes lifting (weights + bands), 30 minutes Stepmill, 15 minutes home.

Just in time for a shower and a clean-out-the-fridge session:

I had spinach, leftover romaine salad, 1/3 a cup of cucumber, about 1/2 a cup of leftover casserole (rice, beans, veggies… no cheese 🙁 ), Newman’s Own Peach Salsa and some cheese tossed in some Annie’s Woodstock dressing.

Our flight leaves in a bit and we’re going out for dinner late tonight in Baltimore.

    Hope you enjoy your vacation! Can’t wait to hear/see everything about the cruise! The fiance and I are thinking about doing a Mediterranean cruise for our honeymoon, but neither of us has been on one, so I’d love to sort of see it first-hand!

    Kath, be SURE you eat MD crab cakes tomorrow in B’more. It’s the only thing to eat. Must have. Trust me. That’s my neck o the woods and crabs cakes are where it’s at. Broiled or fried. On a bun or plain. With a side of big steak fries and broccoli.

    I love mixing all sorts of veggies and other ingredients together in the same bowl. Maybe not a traditional salad, but the varying tastes and textures make the meal so satisfying 🙂
