KERF Mobile

I’m all mobile these days – my bike pedals carry me from one meeting to the next. Blogging is probably going to be a bit sporadic for the next few weeks. But we just got wifi at the bakery! Luckily Matt brought his computer with him, so I’m hogging it in Cville Coffee.

I went to Body Pump this morning. I missed it! It was good to be back. The class was extra hard – my muscles seemed to give out sooner than normal! After class I showered at the gym (I had packed a bag and a lunch) and biked on down to the bakery.

Countertop fronts!!

IMG_1108 (640x480)

Love the metal!!

IMG_1107 (640x480)

Oven is ALMOST done

IMG_1109 (640x480)

And this disgusting insulation is everywhere…

IMG_1110 (640x480)

We have a lot of cleaning to do!

Matt is coated in it and has grease behind his ears..

IMG_1096 (640x480)

After an interview, we had a picnic lunch that I threw together this morning. There was nowhere to sit but the grass!

IMG_1104 (640x480)

IMG_1097 (640x480)

We had tempeh + jam + romaine sandwiches on Dakota

IMG_1099 (640x480)

mmmm! Tempeh is better than any deli meat in the world! LOVE the texture!

IMG_1100 (640x480)

On the side we had apples + carrots with Flying Squirrel Sneaky Cinnamon

IMG_1098 (640x480)

IMG_1105 (640x480)

I polished off the jar for dessert!

IMG_1106 (640x480)

I have more meetings and interviews and am taking a quick break at Cville Coffee with a decaf iced coffee and a Honeybunch. MAN is this coffee good!! I might have to jump on the decaf bandwagon. The main reason I haven’t is because Matt won’t drink it (he likes caffeine) and I don’t want to have to make two separate pots everyday. That’s a bigger pain than just drinking decaf tea. But this guy is GOOD!

IMG_1111 (640x480)

The Honey Bunch is a secret recipe and is basically an amazing honey oat coconut cookie!! Yum.

IMG_1112 (640x480)

I’m much less stressed when I’m out and about being busy than sitting at my computer being busy, so today has been good. Excited for the weekend – although we’ll be over here at the bakery a lot! We’ve got 2 IKEA orders come sometime tomorrow.

Happy Friday!

    1) Happy Friday
    2) Kinda jealous that you and your hubby get to work together
    3) Any suggestions on yummy ways to prepare Tempeh…or you just eat it as is?
    4) Used the Shaklee degreaser formula for the first time this morning…AMAZING! It got this crusty grease spot off in about 2 seconds that I’ve been trying to work on for weeks!

It’s so true that getting out and about can cut the stress and also help you focus. i really should be better about getting out from my apartment to do work. The only problem is finding a coffee shop with an open table!
