For years, many of you have followed my journey with real food. First of all, thank you! KERF has grown and changed so much from the olden days!

No matter the season of life you’ve followed me through, the focus has always been REAL FOOD! Whether it be topic posts or my day-to-day eats, I’ve always tried to show what real food means to me.

I though it would be fun to turn the tables and see what you guys are eating! There is so much good food on social media these days, but lots of it is perfectly staged. Show me your real meals!

    For some reason the tone I was reading this post in was that you were saying goodbye. I was so sad 🙁 I am relieved that is not the case. I look forward to reading on my break at work. I am eating roasted sweet potatoes tossed in coconut oil as I type this. Happy eating!

    I can’t wait to use the hashtag. I’m slightly obsessed with hashtags! Just ignore all my donut posts on Instagram. Lol. I try to balance the sweets with real food!

    What a cool concept! I love following KERF and it’s real food mission and I’m so excited to share with you my IERF whether I win or not. i am always inspired by others eats and they constantly remind me to get a wide variety of foods in my diet to nourish my body as well as my mind and soul. I hope my post will inspire someone in the future.
