I Ate A Water Balloon

Man was I sloshy last night. Drinks + chocolate + pizza made for a stomachache that lasted well into the night. I couldn’t sleep on my stomach in fear the water balloon would pop!

Needless to say the pumpkin smoothie I had planned for today was probably the last thing my stomach wanted this morning! No more expansion! I need to remember to listen to how I feel more these days. I have not been paying attention.

What did sound good? APPLES!

I hate the feeling I wake up with when I’ve overindulged at night. I usually don’t want breakfast, which stinks because I look forward to it so much!

When you have these overindulging stomach aches, a good remedy is apple cider vinegar. The raw, orange-colored kind, that has stuff floating in the bottle. Take a tablespoon by itself, or put it in a glass with water. Apple cider vinegar neutralizes the stomach and stomach acids, and is excellent if you’ve eaten too much, or had too much fat, too much salt, etc. And it’s very healthy for the body.

And Happy Birthday to your Dad.
