Good 4 Me * Bad 4 You

Overnight oats in a jar is my favorite breakfast! Especially in a sunflower butter jar.

IMG_9212-2Blog

But not so fun for you because it’s just not very photogenic in any way!

IMG_9215-3Blog

IMG_9214-3Blog

Inside I had basic overnight oats recipe plus banana + blackberries.

Oh’s are the new granola!

IMG_9213-3Blog

I really wanted a cup of coffee on this dreary morning.

Rain

= bad for me

=good for these guys

treesBlog

So I settled on frothy Birthday Tea instead.

teas-2Blog

Frothed with my IKEA frother

Steeped in the Ingenuitea. Note I found this as a freebie surprise in a paid tea order from Adagio, but I’ve since discovered it’s the best tea steeper I’ve ever used.

Have a sunny Wednesday inside your head!

I have 2 very random questions for you. 1. Do you happen to know if there are any instructions out there of how to make your own lightroom templates. I’ve been playing around with mine but they don’t seem to work the way I want them to. Just thought I’d ask you since in my mind you’re a lightroom and photography expert 2. How do you come up with the titles of your posts? They are always so creative! Have a great day 🙂

Do you mean for layouts of photos? I created mine myself – they are tricky to do, but once you have them saved, you can use them over and over.

I have no idea on titles. Sometimes it’s the hardest part of a post!

I tried creating mine myself too…and failed. I created a couple of different templates but whenever I want to use them I have to use the same picture for the whole template i.e. if I want to add 4 DIFFERENT pictures in one template it will only allow the SAME picture 4 times. But I really don’t want to bother you with my Lightroom problems, just thought I’d ask!

I think your problem is in the first very box – “layout style.” Design your grid in custom package instead of single image/contact sheet

Who cares if overnight oats in a sunflower butter jar don’t look pretty- they taste better than pretty much any other breakfast I can think of!
I know the pollen sufferers (of which I am not one of, thank goodness) are rejoicing for the forecast over the next few days! And man, we do need the rain (even though I’m selfish and will complain that I can’t be playing outside).

Question about Adagio teas–I clicked on the link for the birthday cake flavor and it came up, but how do I find more specialty flavors like it without knowing their names. I guess what I’m asking is how would I find that tea without the link and without knowing the exact name. Sorry if this was clear as dirt!

I just recently bought that jar of sunbutter and have been warming up to the taste little by little – it seemed a bit strong to me when compared to almond or peanut butter. But just this morning my 13 year old saw that I was eating it and told me that I should not because it has so much fat,a nd that only people who have alergies to peanuts and tree nuts should eat it. I looked at the label (something I obviously should have done before) and was quite surprised, as I assumed it would be similar in fat content to PB or AB. Are there any nutritional benefits beyond what you can get from peanut or almond butter? Although I am now liking the taste, I’ll definitely drop it because of the fat content.
