Frigid

I started today on a better time schedule 🙂 And the baker was up at 3:45 per usual! Can’t believe that’s when he was getting into bed 2 nights ago…

Didn’t know what I wanted for breakfast, but despite the freezing cold (I had to get the down comforter back out last night!) yogurt sounded great.

My bowl was filled with:

  • 1 plain Oikos
  • Half a pint of raspberries
  • 1 tiny sliced banana
  • ~1/3 cup Kamut Flakes
  • ~1/4 cup Mix My Granola
  • Half tbsp Barney Butter
  • ~5 cranberry pecans

IMG_6381 (1024x768)

Yes, there was yogurt under there!

With Kericho Lipton!

I have a confession: I’ve been watching the Real Housewives of NYC. Yikes!!  I only watched the last 3 episodes, but it’s kind of addicting and I’m sad it’s over!

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ok- so I LOVE the housewives shows, but I have to say that NJ is a bit embarrassing/hilarious to watch. I live in NJ and I live in the same area as these NJ housewives- I promise you not all Jersey is as Mafia as these women appear to be! This show is going to give NJ such a bad name and NJ already has such a bad name! Ugh!

Matt is a hero for being super baker and non sleeper!

Love you, sweetie! So excited for your summer dietician plans and then graduation and then on to Borders Books for your amazing cookbook signing with Pol next to you doing yoga with your fans to keep the people in line entertained. 😛
