Extra Dark

My second-to-last lunchbox to pack!!!

As this post publishes, I’m minutes away from giving my case study presentation. Despite being moderately outgoing, I REALLY don’t like public speaking!! I’m probably shaking in my boots Danskos! Not sure if I’ll get to eat this before or after (it’s a lunch presentation) or nibble my way through. Either way, it was a fun lunch!

 IMG_5941 (640x427)

This salad is a base of spinach, topped with frisee and dressed in Garlic Gold. Then topped with a small amount of Soy Boy tempeh, bell peppers, leftover brown rice, a blob of Sabra and some oregano and Crazy Salt. Delicccccious!

IMG_5946 (640x427)

H2O Melon on the side…

IMG_5944 (640x427)

And chocolate to calm my nerves!! Extra dark

 this !

Showcased on Karen’s chair!

I’ve got another hilarious Bear update for you guys, but you’ll have to wait until tomorrow for it ๐Ÿ˜‰

I would have totally pegged you for the person who was totally comfortable speaking in public, that’s comforting to know. I hate them too! But I’m slowly getting better at it…you’re always more nervous before than during though–that’s the good part ๐Ÿ˜‰

Dark chocolate is my favorite way to end a meal. Especially when it’s extra, extra dark. I found a 90% bar a couple weeks back that is absolutely delicious. But I think 85% is still my favorite. ๐Ÿ˜€

Hope the presentation went well! I’m not a fan of public speaking either, but usually after the first 5 minutes or so, it all kind of just comes together. ๐Ÿ˜€

Dark chocolate (even a very small amount) really does have soothing powers. Dagoba makes a bag of organic, Fair-Trade-certified 73% dark chocolate oversized chips called “Chocodrops” that do the trick at any time of day.
