Felt like blending up a smoothie this morning – I love blended oats!
Note the fabulous speckled texture:
For TWO smoothies
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup raw rolled oats
- 1 cup plain kefir
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch salt
- Splash vanilla extract
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Toppings: Lynda’s granola (man I wish I hadn’t eaten all the clusters so quickly!) and Naturally Nutty Vanilla Chocolate PB (made especially for Great Harvest)
