I woke up craving cereal today! I really have always loved cereal, but it’s not as fun to eat as oatmeal since there’s usually a sense of urgency to eat quickly so the grains don’t get soggy in the milk. But I added fun toppings, and I this bowl did end up being pretty delicious. I’m not really that full, but hopefully it’s just hitting my stomach differently than oatmeal does.
- 1 small banana (on the bottom – the food least affected by sogginess so it gets the most saturation on the bottom)
- 1 cup Kashi H2H (my favorite cereal ever – high fiber, low sugar/calories per cup, lots of crunch)
- 2 tbsp homemade granola
- Tiny bit granola plank
- 1 tbsp flax
- 3 walnut halves, crumbled
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
With tea + milk –
Off to Organic, then run, then study, lunch, study, dinner, class!
