Butter Me Up Buttercup

I never set my alarm last night!!

But lucky me, I woke up at 5:52, which is probably when I would have crawled out of bed anyways. Close one! Guess my mind if gearing up for vacation mode 😉

Felt like a SIAB this AM!

IMG_5997 (640x427)

TF’s Sunflower Butter made an excellent drizzle!! My coconut milk is hard from the air conditioning and I didn’t feel like melting it. The Sunflower butter didn’t magic shell for me, but it was still nice and creamy 🙂

The Vita-Mix

[Yes, I brought the Vita-mix with me during the move!!]

  • 1/4 cup dry rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 scoop Vega Vanilla Chai
  • Handful ice
  • Nature’s Path granola with some coconut mixed in

IMG_5991 (640x427)

Cafe. You will have to excuse the repetition of bowls and mugs for the next few weeks!! I never thought to bring any with me for variety’s sake 🙂

IMG_5993 (640x427)

I miss my iced tea spoons SO MUCH!! They give a leverage that a regular spoon just can’t do. Should have kept the Rosanna’s out at least.

IMG_5987 (640x427)

In the shower this AM I was reminded that this is my next-to-last early morning shower [for now! who knows what will happen when we open the bakery!]

Yipee!!!

It’s amazing how dishes can really add to the quality of our breakfasts. I have favorite dishes that I prefer to eat from, and I could swear that the meals are just more satisfying when I use them!

If I have somewhere to go I can wake myself up on time, sometimes. I would never test it with something important, but I have done it a couple of times! It is good that your body clock is set and isn’t letting you down!
