Not to be super creepy, but do you mind sharing the name of this suit? I can never find suits that fit right, but this one looks promising! Thanks!
July 18, 2014 at 8:32 am
It was the Bolsa Chica Bra Cup Halter, but it’s from 2012 so probably not available any more 🙁
July 18, 2014 at 9:50 pm
Rats! Thanks for the response, though 🙂
July 15, 2014 at 2:12 pm
I was going to remark the same thing – both swimsuits are super cute! 🙂

It’s amazing to me how great camera phones are these days– I have to push myself to use my dslr because the phone is SO much easier!
Looks like a perfect beach trip!

Was this a sponsored trip? You guys are so lucky to be able to take so much time off 🙂 the benefits of being self employed I guess! Looks like a blast!
Lol no! Just a vacation.

These are some great photos from a Samsung Galaxy. I had the first generation Note and the pictures never came out this clear. This looks like such a great time!

Looks like an amazing week!!
July 15, 2014 at 8:52 am
this looks so fun…. i love to see two of my favorite bloggers together! I’d love for you to do a post on vacationing with someone that has different eating habits than you–I know Caitlin is a vegetarian. Are you eating more of this style to accommodate this, or are you all cooking separate dinners? I usually find myself just eating vegetarian or vegan as well if I’m with friends with those dietary requirements. Is Kristian (sp?) there? That would be fun if the four of you all had time together!

We’re just being flexible with ingredients. We get seafood to compliment the veggies and they do veg proteins. We have our own breads and enjoy them with common eggs. It’s been easy actually.

Wow, really great photos! Both of you ladies look gorgeous – love seeing your boys play together 🙂 Wish it were that easy for me to get to the beach (currently living in Denver!).

Mazen is so cute!! I remember the beach being my favorite place to play when I was little. And it still is!

Kath, are these photo posts going to be the theme of your blog from now on? I feel like there has been so many of these types of posts and many have very litte content. I ask because I used to just love your blog but I feel like I don’t get anything out of posts like these with so many pictures and so little content (there are only 8 words but 21 or so photos, many of them are basically the same photos with slight variations – again, something you’ve been doing a lot lately) and this is the jist of most of your posts lately. It’s fine if that’s the direction you want to go with your blog (it is your blog, after all), I just wanted to know what to expect in the future. Photos of your vacations and kid constantly just isn’t my thing (which is fine since it seems like other people enjoy it).
July 15, 2014 at 10:07 am
I wanted to mention that I don’t see anything wrong with posting nothing or very little over a vacation, for some reason this post kind of put me over the edge with the numerous photo posts.
July 15, 2014 at 10:36 am
Yes I’m enjoying these type of posts as they tell a visual story. A photo is worth 1000 words, right?
July 15, 2014 at 8:10 pm
I happen to love this post. : )

Those are all phone pictures?! Wow. I’ve heard such good things about Samsung phones so I think a galaxy will be my next one 🙂

The fun continues! Will you please share details of where you stayed once you’re home safe & sound? It looks like a great spot!

Where did you get Mazen’s sunglasses? They are SO cute!
July 15, 2014 at 1:40 pm
Gap! They are now duct taped together after an incident 🙁
July 18, 2014 at 9:52 am
Sad that those sunglasses broke–they’re super cute! Have you tried Babiators? They’re not cheap, but they’re pretty durable, and if they are broken or LOST (!) the company will replace them.
July 18, 2014 at 10:05 am
Amazing! I might get them!

Looks like a great time! As many people commented yesterday, you look fabulous! It wasn’t long ago that you did a post on wanting to lose some vanity pounds. I hope you either already have or are over that, because you clearly have a great body.

I love photo posts. Looks like such a fun time. You look amazing in your bikini. How may moms with toddlers look like that? Keep up the great work!

Caitlin’s BUMP! 🙂 🙂

I shouldn’t read these posts as I think those criticizing your photo blog are really being snitty. What the heck are they even looking for if they don’t appreciate your work? After all, you’re on vacation but still staying in touch with readers. That’s very generous and sweet of you. You’re not obligated to add explanations. The photos are wonderful. I just love seeing happy Mazen as he’s shot through a very adoring lens and he’s a beautiful soul, like his parents. Thank you, Kath. You’re an inspiration. Have a beautiful beach week! You deserve it.
