Bag ‘O Wine

Hello there amigos!

Today’s class snacks included: A baby apple + LaraBar

  photo (1)

And a bite of Kelsey‘s Trader Joe’s Sesame Crepe, which was awesome!

I arrived home at 8:15 to find Matt reading in bed and dinner waiting on the stovetop:

It was just one of those kinda nights to celebrate with a little wine – in my new stemless glass from Larbs + Matt!!

IMG_6582 (640x427)

This was the last of my Target boxed chardonnay –

IMG_6561 (640x427)

And you KNOW I am classy enough to suck down the bag!

Matt’s dinner was so good! I left him with the instructions to make something with the Applegate Farms Andouille Sausage I thawed out yesterday plus some local mustard greens and a bag of green beans. I got a text around 8 that he’d made "Cajun Pasta." The dish was incredible!!

IMG_6593 (640x427)

Barilla pasta, green beans, garlic, andouille, greens and cheese. I’m guessing he added some chili powder too? Or cajun seasoning. Probably both.

I played around online for a while when I should have been working. Tomorrow is full steam head – I have a lot to do before the weekend and want to get it all finished so I can relax Saturday – Monday.

Friday Dance!

I love andouille chicken sausage! That’s probably one of my favorite flavors 🙂

You both deserve to celebrate 🙂

I’ve also wondered about those crepes. I’d probably pair them with something savory, like a Moroccan stew. Oh hell, who am I kidding, I’d smear them with an obscene amount of hummus.

For Jenn – the beans need to be ground as far as I know.

The Target boxes are amazing – have you seen the stands they come in too? Perfect for a party. They also have a smaller version – in wine juice boxes. Complete with straws. Yea, kind of awesome – in a weird way.
