Do as I say, not as I do.
These chips are so addicting, and I’ve gotten in the habit of coming home from the gym starving and eating straight from the bag while I make lunch. Once they are gone, I am not buying them again for a while. They suck the willpower out of me!
I have three breakfasts and lunches to share from the past few days – dinners were leftovers and recipes to come!
Egg and jam on a Virginia roll with a huge nectarine
Banana pancakes with homemade raspberry syrup that Matt surprised us with for breakfast!
And a big bowl of Greek yogurt with banana, granola and almond butter drizzle
Lunch from Monday – Salad greens with basil dressing, manchego, olives and smoked salmon on top. Plus those chips!
Lunch from Tuesday – same base plus carrots and with leftover Greek halibut on top (recipe to follow!)
And Wednesday’s lunch – baby kale and bell peppers scrambled with 3 eggs. Feta on top. Plus all the chips!
Workouts included strength class –> elliptical and small group with Erin –> strength class. Every inch of my body got some kind of weight lifting this week! It’s all cardio on Thursday AMs : )
