All About Spring

IMG_8113-2Blog

Every single Spring, I forget how beautiful it is. Summer + Fall by far win as my favorite seasons (because Spring is such a teaser! And Winter…no chance) but right now on this day, Spring is my new fav : )

MatBlog

Overnight oats for the win!

IMG_8103-2Blog

BreakBlog

I lovely combo of my usual OO base plus Uncle Sam and Sunbutter.

[1/3 cup oats, milk, greek yogurt, half banana, cinnamon, pinch salt, 1/2 tbsp chia seeds]

Earl Grey on a sunny morning

IMG_8105-2Blog

I walked out onto the porch and my heart jumped into my chest when I saw a pile of wood. I thought some part of the porch had collapsed in the storm last nigh!! But luckily it’s just Matt’s garden bed supplies!

I’m working on Great Harvest marketing/web things all morning and have my talk to prepare for tonight! But I absolutely MUST fit in a walk – it’s too nice of a day.

The first picture of the trees is beautiful! 🙂 I love the spring. The flowers are so pretty this time of year. Overnight oats are the best! I haven’t had them in such a long time. Good luck with your speech!

I was just thinking to myself how I never consider spring to be my favorite season, but I fall in love with spring every time I see new blossoms and color popping up everywhere! Phew, glad your porch is okay – that would have been quite a scare.

I do not mind the winter, but love fall and summer. This year, however, I wanted spring to come really bad, since the snow would not come. This has been an unpredictable year for weather thus far–at least where I am at.

Summer is by far my favourite season. I know a lot of people like fall but here, fall tends to turn to winter VERY quickly so to me, it’s a bit of a sign that things are only going to get colder! I’m a summer kinda girl through and through!

Anytime before lunch. My stomach was fine to run first thing and after breakfast, but the second it had vegetables in there my run quality decreased dramatically. You’ll have to figure out what works for yours! I love early morning runs in the summer when it’s balmy and the sun is just rising 🙂

I’m glad you’re having such good weather! It’s a little chilly here in Chicago today, but it’s supposed to warm up this weekend again! Although honestly I’d prefer the chill because I have my first half marathon and I don’t want it to get too hot!

I’m definitely a fan of summer, more than anything else (well, I think all public school teachers are!)- but spring is awesome. I’m a big baseball fan, so I’m getting all geeked up for the season to be underway!
Enjoy your walk today- I’m hoping to find time for one too!

Do you mean about blog design? It’s hard and scary, but everything I’ve learned has been trial and error. You also need the help of some design tools – from Picasa (free) to Photoshop ($$$)

I really love Spring days when the grass is green, flowers are sprouting, and the air smells clean. Unfortunately there is none of that here right now. It’s a cold, gray day.
