Oh boy, your snack looks so good!! Oh, and great job w/ your run this morning! I forgot to comment on that post. I loved the operation beautiful signs you all wore as well 🙂

PS – Which flavor of naturally nutty nut butter do you like best? I’m thinking about ordering some, but since I’m so cheap I want to make sure I get THE best flavor I can 😀

Those blackberries would make perfect jam. But I don’t know if they would last that long in my house to get to the jar 🙂

I can’t wait for it to be summer here in Australia so I can have stone fruit and berries again! Luckily strawberries just came into season – so I’m living off them 😛

Hi Kath, I have been experimenting with oats lately…thanks for the inspiration!!! I went out yesterday and get some more stuff…like “organic pumpkin pie spice” – but the stores are out of canned pumpkin 🙁 There’s a shortage. Have you noticed that where you live? On another note…I think you read Eat, Pray Love, right? What did you think of the book? I don’t remember reading your reaction…and will you go see the movie when it comes out? I am reading it now, its inspirational, just like you 😉
