Good morningI hope some of you have already started your Thanksgiving week celebrations. We are [hopefully] going to be very busy at the bakery Monday – Wednesday but then we have a really nice few days off with lots of family celebrating coming to our house. I’m joining Matt at the bakery after lunch today and plan to be there all day Tues + Wed as well. Yesterday’s pie-making extravaganza was a success!
Breakfast this morning was a bowl of greek yogurt topped with banana, bran flakes, chias, coconut and Wild Squirrel Cocoa-Nut Butter. Absolutely love the texture + flavor of that squirrel!
Coconut tea to match, topped with a pile of foam [FYI, I make this with a cheap IKEA frother!]
