3+3

=6!

Around noon, when the skies cleared up and the sun came out and the world was irresistible, I went out for a run! I traveled just over 3 miles and had/have the intention of doing 3 more on the walk two and from the bakery! I love it when I can split my time between walking and running to meet a sixer goal.

IMG_5582 (367x550)

I walked down in time for a late lunch and to have some of our special sandwich!!!

Smoked salmon + Dill Cream Cheese + Veg on Potato Sourdough.

IMG_5580 (550x367)

This was incredible!!

IMG_5584 (550x367)

Pikal and honeycrisp on the side

IMG_5585 (550x367)

I had the latest Chocolate Brownie Bread to taste test after eating the healthy components of my meal

IMG_5586 (550x367)

Comes in teacakes and heart shapes! Tastes like devil’s food chocolate – heavenly!

IMG_5588 (367x550)

But the debate is up which is more delicious – CBB or the Chocolate Bliss cookie, which is like a sticky brownie cookie. It’s a toss up!

IMG_5587 (550x367)

‘Tis the month of chocolate love.

Love when I can get a bunch of exercise in smaller amounts. One weekend, I went for a long 8 mile run, and then proceeded to get lost walking around with my boyfriend looking for somewhere to eat lunch. I’m pretty sure I accidentally covered around 12-15 miles that day. Needless to say, I wolfed down lunch 🙂

Tons of pushups… just like the First Lady, Michelle Obama! You should write to her about visiting your Great Harvest and bring along those cute little Elementary School children you recently presented to as part of her Let’s Move and Living and Eating Well Campaign. I’ll bet the children would enjoy the field trip! You could be one of her poster models.

I don’t show even close to every product – just the new and exciting ones featured for the month. Most people have asked me to share more about bakery happenings.

This kind of goes with Young House Love’s recent post – you have to just write about what makes sense to you because no one will be happy –

      More bakery! Less bakery!

I love your blog just the way it is (and has been), especially when you share products from anywhere and everywhere. It opens up a whole new perspective. Be yourself, and keep it coming. There are things in life that are just there and when it does not serve a purpose for someone they skip over it. To Kate (both), maybe if you look at it this way, you can still enjoy the rest of the blog. Think of it as when people watch a television program and use the commercial time to get up and go do something else real quick (well, except for the SuperBowl of course). Just skip over parts in life that don’t appeal to you and enjoy the rest. Life is too short, be positive! Thanks Kath for being you and sharing what you do.
