Smoothie Model

Morning!

I’m enjoying a light breakfast and then I’m off to Sunday Hot Yoga with Amanda + Emily!

I decided I was in a SIAB mood today :)

IMG_8831 (640x427)

  • 1 big banana
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 1 giant handful spinach
  • 1/2 packet Chocolate Amazing Meal (my favorite one)
  • Handful ice

It’s on the grassy side today, but that’s what I wanted :)

Topped with Mix My Granola and Almond Hazelnut butter by Futters Butter.

Where are all the candy corns + peanut M&Ms from my Mix My Granola mix? I ate them!! Good thing the tube is narrow so my  hand couldn’t get down too far ;)

+ hot tea

Have fun at yoga! I almost opted out for tea this morning, but I can’t do without my coffee :)

I love your smoothie in a bowl concept. I always like eating my meals instead of drinking them so that sounds right up my alley :)

Have fun at yoga!!

I had almost that exact same smoothie yesterday :) I’m a fan of the chocolate Amazing Meal too, but it needs a banana for sure! Have fun at yoga!

Have fun in class! That SIAB looks delish.

I love the different colors in the placemat vs. the black and white dishes. So pretty! And such a nerdy thing to notice :)

Haha, I always eat up the favorite ingredients in my granola first! It makes it sad when they are all gone though. ;)

LOVE this simple, delicious SIAB Kath! Enjoy your yoga this morning!

What a fortifying start to your day! Greens in a bowl, that’ll help you out when you get to those particularly challenging binds and deep holds. Hope yoga rocks!

Can’t beat EarthFare salad bar! All the quaint places are in Plaza-Midwood and NoDa.

Sami,
Oh so glad to hear!
