I made a yogurt bowl today with a mix of:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Pumpkin (~1/3 cup)
  • All Spice
  • Banana
  • ~2 tbsp raw oats
  • Chia Seeds
  • Brittany‘s Homemade Apple Butter (!!)
  • Nuttzo

I swear there’s pumpkin yogurt under there!

No coffee because I am meeting a friend for coffee in 45 minutes!

I definitely went to bed feeling so full I didn’t want to sleep on my stomach. But all is well now and we have a fun garden + biking event to attend today!

Happy Sunday.

Me too. Greek yogurt, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, kashi cinnamon harvest, drizzle of pure maple syrup, a little bit of homemade double coconut granola and a big blob of homemade apple butter. Yum! I love fall food.

I really need to find some pumpkin, the summer weather didn’t treat them good 🙁

Is it weird that I started craving your butternut squash soup before I even got out of bed? Were there leftovers? 🙂
