The world really is our playground in the summer. There is SO MUCH going on all the time! Events, parties, pools, and lots of outdoor things to do. I love it!
We went to Champion last week for a surprise gathering for a friend of ours. I had a salad with a fish on top at home to get some good nutrition in before the temptation of pizza and cake! This was a piece of mango-coconut mahi I bought frozen from Whole Foods.
Dinner Part II! Belmont Brown.
I had a few bites of Mazen’s pizza –
And shared a slice of cake with a friend.
Guess who was also excited about cake?!
These guys from Snowing In Space coffee were there giving out samples of some of their new nitro cold-brewed coffee. Yum!!!
I tried a new workout class at ACAC last week – Afterburn! It’s taught by Chris, the instructor who leads many of my favorite classes, and was a combo of them all – some strength, some crazy cardio jumping, great dance music, and laser lights. It was HARD and left my cheeks as pink as the strawberry chia pudding I had for a snack afterwards.
There’s a new breakfast and lunch spot in town! Keevil and Keevil Grocery is open for business! The team behind Brookville bought Gibson’s Grocery in Belmont, and you can now get hot breakfast sandwiches and lunch specials, plus other grocery items.
Good morning guys!
I took home a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant for breakfast. What a delicious treat!
Have a great one!

I had a local croissant sandwich for the first time in ages on Saturday, and it was amazing! It looks like you and Mazen have been enjoying a wonderful summer!
