Savor The Streusel

Breakfast-7Blog-2

Good cozy morning!!

IMG_2100Blog

Matt and I have been eating muffins and watching House Hunters (he is not the biggest fan, so it’s a very exciting day when he volunteers to watch with me! The TV is now on Harry Potter…)

Pumpkin yogurt topped with banana, chia seeds, Apple Streusel muffin and sunbutter.

I love house hunters! I get so excited when shows like that get filmed in my neighbourhood! I was watching property virgins last week and realized that they were looking for houses right by my apartment.

    Have a nice lazy Sunday.

This post makes me homesick! Our apartment is too small for a Christmas tree 🙁

Delicious-looking breakfast, as always! Hope you enjoy your Sunday and relax.

My husband also isn’t a big fan of House Hunters, but occasionally he’ll watch some of the international episodes with me. It’s fun to see how people live in other countries. 🙂

Also, I love your Christmas-y post today… my Christmas Pandora stations are all that are getting me through a ten page paper right now! A merry Sunday to you too Kath!

I can relate to the House Hunters viewing! I usually concede and let my husband pick the TV show (and I pick up a magazine or book to watch knowing I’ll watch HGTV on my own time). Every once in a while he’ll say we can watch HH and I think he enjoys it more than he’ll admit [as long as it’s a “good” episode, high budget, good location ;)]

I loathe House Hunters and the prospective homeowners’ whiny sense of etitlement such as:
“Well i guess i could give up my lifelong dream of double sinks in the master bathroom if i had to.”
    or
“It’s a little small for the two of us” regarding a 3000 sq foot home.
The modern american version of sacrifice and suffering. I find it simultaneously amusing and appalling.
