Rejuvenation

Good wine country morning to you!

IMG_0129

My body could use a bit of a detox right now but……we’re in SONOMA. Gotta take advantage.

IMG_0130

But before we do, we decided a run would help rejuvenate tired cells. We drove over to a state park here in Santa Rosa and had a gorgeous run around a lake.

IMG_0135

We ran FAST too. Yay for no Cville hills 😉 We covered about 4.3 miles in total (and got lost quite a bit)

IMG_0127

We stopped for some quality coffee before going back to our hotel for the continental breakfast

IMG_0136

IMG_0137

Drink of the week: Cafe au Lait!

IMG_0140 IMG_0139

At the hotel I was thrilled to find a tub of full-fat thick PLAIN yogurt!!

IMG_0144

I piled on about a cup with some fresh fruit, a tsp of jam and granola.

IMG_0142

IMG_0141

We are showering now and then the day begins! Not sure when I’ll see you again

 this !
