Oh boy. I did not think I was going to be able to get out of bed this morning! With only 6 hours of sleep my eyeballs were glued shut. And having beer in my system didn’t helpBut after a shower and some liquids, I feel much better. It’s gonna be a long day – and an even longer weekend because our flight to New York leaves at 6AM tomorrow, meaning we’ll have to get up at 3-something. Don’t know when I’ll be able to catch up on sleep!!
My wake-up breakfast was a smoothie – transportable cause I gotta leave in just a second (after eating the granola off the top :mgreen: ) and replenishing.
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- ~1/3 cup frozen fresh pineapple
- 1 packet Amazing Meal Pom – Mango flavor
- 1/4 cup raw rolled oats – for energy, fiber, stable blood sugar and fun!
To be honest, not the most delicious mix I have ever eaten.
That is TOTALLY E.T.’s head!!! Rotate your neck.
(And funny because someone said yesterday that my 7 looked like ET’s head and I laughed hysterically. I love E.T.)
