Here’s another round of things that are newsworthy, with a fall theme!
Fall Candles By Grow
I’ve loved the brand Grow Fragrance for years for their plant-based nontoxic room sprays and candles. They smell so good, and they aren’t overpowering like some scented products can be. They have since introduced a three-wick candle that is lovely to burn this time of year!

Pumpkin Chai Protein
Speaking of pumpkin, Perelel just came out with a Pumpkin Chai Protein that is so good. It’s got protein, fiber, and creatine all together with a pea-protein base. It’s also third-party tested for 100 contaminants. And tastes great!
New Carve Designs Fall Line
Carve sent me some of their new fall line to try, and I’ve been living in them, specifically the Lark Linen Dress, which I took to Paris. I also to the Axel Trucker Jacket. I haven’t owned a white denim jacket before, and it’s so crisp!
Two other pieces to note: the Ever Henley in Walnut Stripe, and this autumn special Franny Lightweight Denim Dress that goes perfectly with boots and a hat!
Puffit Rain Jacket
This new-to-me brand sent me their Fleece Lined Relaxed Fit Rain Hoodie, and it’s the nicest raincoat I’ve ever owned. It’s so warm and cozy and perfect for the fall months when you have to attend a child’s soccer game in 40 degree drizzle ; ) I love the kangaroo pocket too!
Laundry Sauce
I am all about delicious smells, and Laundry Sauce is some of the best detergent out there! I LOVE the Egyptian Rose. They now have dryer sheets too!
Camp Snap
Have a kid who loves creative cinematography or photography? Camp Snap is a company making screen free cameras that take me right back to the days before smart phones. The CS-8 Digital Video Camcorder is like shooting with Instagram filters, and I helped my friend shoot a music video using it! I felt super profesh. It doesn’t have a playback screen, but you can easily transfer the footage using USB-C. Check out their screen-free cameras too. Great gift for kids/teens!!
Activate Fitness
Speaking of screens, I am always interested in ways to balance screen time with minimal conflict. Activate Fitness is an iOS app that lets kids earn their own screen time through physical activity. Basically, movement becomes currency they can use to unlock the apps they want.
Parents set it up once, and then it works automatically in the background rather than requiring you to manually approve screen time all day. I really like the philosophy behind it: instead of screens being totally forbidden or something parents have to constantly negotiate, kids have some ownership over earning their time. Such a cool concept!
Ultimate Hydration
These hydration drops by Buoy are my new trick for soccer days when I’m on the field for 60+ minutes. I came home from my first game totally wiped out and got a dehydration headache later in the day. I put these in some kombucha I was having at dinner time, and my headache went away. A university-led clinical trial proved Buoy to be 64% more hydrating than water alone due to its mineral profile, and I love that it’s easier to mix into drinks than a powder.
Mouth Tape
Do you wear mouth tape? A member of my household has requested trying it, and I received this sample from VIO2. This is WAY more comfortable than the one he tried from the drugstore. We recommend!

It’s the simple things! My Spider-Man loving child went nuts for these activity books. Wanted to recommend for other moms who might need weekend activities! This 3D search book was a hit too.
