SIAB!

  • 1/2 mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Handful ice
  • 1/4 cup Vega Vanilla Almond
  • Organic O’s
  • Blackberries
  • Coconut Butter magic shell

IMG_8128 (640x427) (2)

Magic shell clump!!!!

IMG_8130 (640x427) (2)

Spent the morning watching the Teen Nick channel on Direct TV. Full House marathon!!!!!!!! Man that show is good, but so so so corny!! Did we really think the dialogue was realistic back then?

IMG_8124 (640x427) (2)

IMG_8120 (640x427) (2)

Plans for biking and running with friends this morning. But my stomach is kind wonky 🙁 More digestion needs to occur first.  I think I’ve been eating too much!! I do not like it when I wake up not very hungry. It ruins breakfast! Hunger is the best sauce.

What a beautiful SIAB! I also can tell that I’ve been eating too much when I don’t wake up hungry — time for me to take care of that now.

I love love love Full House. Uncle Jesse is the best.

Is coconut butter the same as coconut oil? I know that sounds stupid…but I think coconut oil is solid at room temp so I wondered if they were thesame thing…hmm!
Hope you feel better soon 🙂

Coconut oil has been pressed from the coconut.

Coconut butter is blended coconut meat into a butter.

      They are very similar though!

I was a die hard Full House fan when I was younger…and yes, back then I took it very seriously and was always very touched by the heart to heart moments at the end of each episode! Ha! Gotta love it.

That SIAB looks oh so amazing!

Fun fact: John Stamos was just in my hometown last week for a federal extortion trial against two people here who tried to extort $680,0000 from him for alleged incriminating photos they had from a Florida trip a few years ago. Google it if you are actually interested in more info. 🙂

But it was pretty sweet to have a celebrity roaming our little town for a week! Plus, he is more gorgeous now then he was then! *swoon*

Kath, do you ever have stomach aches from drinking coffee? I love coffee and have a cup (or two) every morning but lately it has been making me feel really sick to my stomach. I don’t want to give it up but it hasn’t gone away and I don’t know what to do. I should add that this only happens in the morning, if for some reason I have a cup in the evening I’m fine!
