Had to get up early today because I am headed down to Winthrop to volunteer in a community garden for Community Nutrition. After that, I’m grabbing a quick bite, finding a shower, and then going to campus for an information session and preq. exam for the dietetic internship next spring. It’s going to be a long day!! Tomorrow morning I have a super early meet + greet with the internship preceptors but then I have the rest of the day off (to study for Metabolism!)
So I set the alarm for 7 this morning and we were up and enjoying breakfast shortly. Since we were both thirsty from our drinks last night, cool yogurt was more appealing than oatmeal, so what to have for breakfast was an easy decision.
But what I couldn’t decide is whether the inside or outside photos were better. I took them outside but the lighting was weird because we have no sun, so I took a few inside too. You decide!

- 1 medium banana
- 1/2 cup Kashi GoLean Crunch Honey Almond Flax
- Spoonful ground flax
- Spoonful raspberry preserves
- Drizzle maple syrup
