GH Cville, Online

Yup, I was out running! Then eating!

IMG_3522Blog-2

It was a lovely morning to run, although the summer humidity is here to stay. I did 4.0 miles. Simple. Easy enough.

IMG_3521Blog-3

Overnight oats followed!!

IMG_3530Blog-2

In the jar:

this !
1/3 cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

Cinnamon

Pinch salt

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup yogurt

–> all mixed together and overnight in the fridge

Morning Layers:

Sunflower butter smeared on the sides (was not as good as OIAJ with the nut butter residue – my layer today was too thin!)

CVILLE CLUSTER!

Berries!!

IMG_3527Blog-2

Guess what?

Great Harvest Cville online – shippable to you!

My most exciting OpenSky deal ever is going on RIGHT NOW! In fact, it’s nearly sold out already!

IMG_2875Blog

OpenSky enabled me to sell our top 3 mixes to you!!! Thanks so much to them because this means we can let them handle all the nitty gritty details of orders while we just have to make the mixes.

Easier said than done. Matt has filled 300 of these bags by hand!!

IMG_2883Blog

My favorite granola ever. I’ve been in love since I first had it as Lynda’s Granola from Warrenton! It’s the clusters!!

IMG_2885Blog

Also included in the deal – a video of the bakery lobby!!

Made From Scratch

Continuing breakfast with two mugs of iced coffee!

See you from GH CVille!

Any chance you’ll do JUST the granola? I have a local Great Harvest but their granola doesn’t have the clusters like that. I’d totally buy the granola, but it doesn’t seem worth paying the shipping for the other 2 things that I can get walking distance from my house. Just curious!

Or…maybe you can share your recipe for the granola with the Delaware Great Harvest store and they can make it for me 🙂

Is there is any chance you’ll offer the granola separately as I am less interested in the other two items in the package? Perhaps a bundle of two packages of granola? I suppose it would be more practical for me to swing by my local GH, but I’m unfort. they don’t sell it.

I completely understand, Kath. Another question: In examining the nutritional panel, I notice that salt is a minor ingrediant, so why does the sodium content read 0?

          July 13, 2011 at 12:31 pm

I’m not sure. I’d have to research that. Maybe because it’s so low it’s negligible?

Hmm…While the few mg. of sodium naturally occurring in oatmeal, etc. might be rounded to 0, if there’s any amount of salt, there would be enough sodium to list and I expect it would be required.

That’s awesome that you’re selling your mixes online! I’m sure you’re going to sell out so fast, if you haven’t already. 😀

That’s very strange. Have you tried a different browser?

I’m unable to do anything on my end, but their customer service like is great: 1 (877) 734-OPEN
