Fruit on the Bottom

IMG_3788-2Blog

I ran yesterday, so I’m a bit puzzled on what to do for activity today. Especially since I need to drive my car in to the bakery to pick up the bread for talk #2 today. Maybe I will lift some loaves of bread at work!

IMG_3778Blog-2

This morning I was all over the fruit in our fridge – peach, banana, raspberries. They went in the bowl first and then I added on plain yogurt, Cville Cluster granola and sunflower butter – plus a sprinkle of chia seeds!

IMG_3783Blog

Bright and delicious –

Part of this complete breakfast!

I love eating fresh fruit for breakfast! On the menu today for me is kiwi, banana, blackberries and a crenshaw melon (which I’ve never tried before!)

    Have a great Saturday 🙂

Looks PERFECTO. I like eating fruit for breakkinz also but it definitely needs a little added crunch + healthy fat for staying power. Enjoy the start of your weekened!

yum! I just breakfasted on a great bowl of cookie dough oats with lots of fresh blueberries. Nothing like starting the day off with a boost of antioxidant power. I’m so jealous of your coffee I need to get some on our road trip! 🙂

You have such great looking breakfasts! I’ve been eating yogurt bowls almost 7 days a week thanks to your blog! I love them. Today I had pineapple, blueberries, black raspberries, cottage cheese (out of yogurt), cereal, natural pb and craisins. Love it! What do you use for plain yogurt? I usually make my own yogurt and strain it the night before and it is comparable to greek yogurt. I would also like to come visit your bakery some day!! Looks fun!!

quick question- you use lightroom 3 correct? Is that a completely separate program from photoshop? I was looking to buy photoshop and there is a photoshop/ lightroom package and I wasn’t sure if that was the one I needed to buy to edit digital photos.
