French + Floral

French toast for a beautiful morning!!

IMG_0246Blog

Many nights when we get in bed I ask Matt: “What do you want for breakfast?” You might think it’s too early to be considering breakfast, but since I’m always the first one up I’d rather ask him then than wake him up from a snooze in the AM!

His reply: “Cinnamon Chip French Toast”

So first thing this morning I got to work!

Toast-4Blog

Topped with mashed grilled banana, granolner and sunflower butter!!

IMG_0238Blog

With a floral garnish ; )

I also brewed Choffy mixed with coffee!! 2/3 choffy and 1/3 coffee. Matt had his iced and said he could taste the chocolate but thought it tasted just like coffee. This cup was stronger than last week’s and I liked it lots.

I am SUPER exciting to do housework today!!! 3 loads of laundry and some cleaning + organization. My favorite pasttime when life gets busy!

But first – to the market!

That breakfast looks divine. I am always thinking about breakfast as I lay in bed at night. It’s what gets me out of bed in the morning. That plus a strong cup of coffee!

A little tongue-in-cheek but honestly, I do love to organize and stay on top of things when life gets crazy. At least if my house is clean and neat, I feel like something is going right 🙂
