Feelin’ Juicy

Nothing like some fresh berries to juice up the morning

IMG_7775 (1024x768)

I am feelin’ the effects of two days of drinking and eating a bit more than usual, so I kept breakfast cool and fresh

IMG_7774 (1024x768)

  • 1 cup TJ’s Euro yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Uncle Sam’s cereal
  • ~1 cup fruit – berries and a peach!!
  • Sprinkle flax
  • Few cranberry pecans

IMG_7776 (1024x768)

Green tea

IMG_7772 (1024x768)

I didn’t want to fill up because I have to eat a very early lunch!

Off to the gym in a bit. I’m excited 🙂 It’s been a while!

First of all, I am totally jealous about your day in Asheville yesterday! I live half an hour away but haven’t been out to dinner there in a while, and it all looked like so much fun!

Second, your breakfast looks so fresh and tasty!

I saw the TJ’s Euro yogurt at the store last time I was there, is it like regular plain yogurt?

    Cassie,
    All the info on flax:

    Sara D.,
It’s different than regular yogurt. Maybe more sour? A little runnier? It’s hard to describe! It’s the exact opposite of greek yogurt. But it doesn’t have that gross gelled texture of plain yogurt.
