Nothing like some fresh berries to juice up the morning
I am feelin’ the effects of two days of drinking and eating a bit more than usual, so I kept breakfast cool and fresh
- 1 cup TJ’s Euro yogurt
- 1/2 cup Uncle Sam’s cereal
- ~1 cup fruit – berries and a peach!!
- Sprinkle flax
- Few cranberry pecans
I didn’t want to fill up because I have to eat a very early lunch!
Off to the gym in a bit. I’m excited 🙂 It’s been a while!
