Eaten Alive

IMG_0038Blog

Good morning!

IMG_0041Blog

Glad to be alive today? That is, unless you are a zombie or a ghost.

IMG_0035Blog

I considered having a Snickers bar or Butterfinger for breakfast, but instead decided on a bowl of yogurt topped with hot cinnamon apple, banana, crumbled Apple Streusel teacake from the bakery, sunflower butter and sprinkles.

IMG_0031Blog

This teacake is like a soft real food muffin topped with a crunchy streusel. I won’t tell you how much of the teacake topping is now gone 😳 It was eaten alive.

IMG_0040Blog

Pumpkin Spice tea with orangey-yellow foam!

Happy Halloween!

Happy Halloween!! This looks absolutely incredible. I went the same type of route – oatmeal as a base though with pumpkin and apples in the mix…and OF COURSE Halloween sprinkles to top it off 🙂

    Enjoy the day!

I think your Halloween breakfast was a much better choice than a few candy bars! Way better for you. 🙂 I sweetened up my bowl of Kellogg’s FiberPlus cereal too this am in honor of Halloween – a dash of cinnamon and a few banana slices. Yum!
