The Smoothie
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp Vega Choc-a-lot
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
The Frosting
  • Crumbled Great Harvest White Chocolate Chocolate Raspberry muffin
  • Coconut
  • Coconut butter

And FYI, Matt heated the coconut butter in a pot of hot water on the stovetop to soften it for drizzling like in this post.

    I could do without any more snow. we’ve gotten way more than usual here in St. Louis. I definitely brought the snow from Detroit when I moved!

    That muffin sounds ridiculous! Breakfast looks delicious today. Thankfully we don’t have much snow in the forecast and it’s actually supposed to be -2C on Sunday which is almost tropical for us in Ontario! Have a great day Kath!

    The muffin looks nice and moist. If I had them in my house, I’d have a serious muffin addiction problem.

    That breakfast looks like a dessert! But from the ingredients, I can tell it’s a breakfast 😀 Yummy!! It snowed in NC last night too, but only a little flurry. There are still a few signs of it in the shade but everything else has cleared!
