It’s the most beautiful Sunday morning here. This is why I love Fall!!!
I slept for 11 hours last night – whew! Doing 5 loads of laundry from all of our house guests and getting ready to hit the grocery store (my favorite activity of the week!) and run to Target for a few things.
Then it’s time to do a project for my Nutrition class, study for the GRE, go for a RUN, and make homemade spaghetti sauce for dinner.
Breakfast today was another oatmeal pancake. I made Elle’s version – which is basically my other recipe doubled – and topped it with pumpkin mixed with some splenda and some spices. I also drizzled on some maple syrup for an extra Fall taste 🙂 I also had a plum.
Had a cup of coffee earlier too.
