Bare Necessities

You know the drill: you do so well cleaning out your fridge that it’s bare as can be upon return. What’s a girl to do?

Pull a Rush bowl from the freezer!

IMG_4021 (640x427)

This is sample number two from my batch for review – the Acai au Lait bowl with organic vanilla soy milk, acai berries, strawberries, and cherries with the granola packet on top (see the first here: Rushed!)

"Cooking" took all of 60 seconds. I liked the berry flavor a lot! And who doesn’t love a smoothie that doesn’t dirty up your blender

 this !

IMG_4024 (640x427)

I added half a container of Oikos for a bit more protein and a blob of the infamous crunchy Nuttzo.

IMG_4025 (640x427)

Bigelow Pumpkin Spice tea because we are out of milk for coffee!

IMG_4023 (640x427)

IMG_4022 (640x427)

I’m off to a busy day of meetings, but a fun lunch we’ve been planning to look forward to!

Have a great day!

That looks like a great breakfast in a pinch!

I also always do a great job of emptying the fridge but then get frustrated when I get home to it..

Best wishes for an exciting day back at your internship!

Thats an interesting breakfast but a pretty good one considering you had no food! Whenever I go away on trips I always try to plan for the day back and get at least something to carry me through until I get to grocery shopping– doesn’t always happen though and then I’m stuck. Good think you had a good back up!
