My blog is fairly new and sometimes I’m MIA, but I’m getting the hang of it. I started to blog as a way to track my weight loss journey (I’m doing Weight Watcher’s).
One of my favorite meals is a colorful salad loaded with veggies.
The usual suspects: Baby spinach (is under there I promise! ) broccoli, green beans, white grapes, grape tomatoes, beets, corn, shredded carrots, Morningstar Farms buffalo wings, balsamic vinegar, EVOO. It’s a great way to get all of my veggies in. It may not look like it, but this is a big bowl-perfect for big ol’ salads!
