A Full Day

Today was so amazing in every definition of the word FULL.

We had lunch at Eppie’s.

We ate gooey brownie at Arch’s.

We tasted wines at Blenheim and Kluge.

We partied hard at the KERF house, complete with a fabulous array of potluck dishes and a pumpkin beer tasting.

I’ve been full since noon!

Wow that oatmeal bar is ridic! (in a good way) I read the about Kath section and I have to say what you’ve accomplished (in less than a year too) is nothing short of amazing. I’ve also recently been taking a good look at my health (I turn 30 in a few weeks) and definitely am taking the steps for a healthier more active lifestyle. I feel like I have a pretty good handle on how to eat healthy, but don’t feel like I really know how to cook healthy (if that makes sense). That being said, do you have any recommendations on cookbooks/tools that might help me get a better idea of how to prepare better (and hopefully quick) meals for myself?
