Chicken Salad Cabbage Cups

I’m not a huge fan of chicken salad in general (too much mayo!), but this version made with yogurt, apple, berries, walnuts and celery is refreshingly good.

Chicken Salad Cabbage Cups

I’m not a huge fan of chicken salad in general (too much mayo!), but this version made with yogurt, apple, berries, walnuts and celery is refreshingly good.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a grilled chicken breast cubed (leftovers from the weekend)
  • 1 large apple diced
  • 1 stalk celery diced
  • 1/3 cup-ish blackberries
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • Dressing: About 1/4 cup Fage 2 tsp dijon mustard, sprinkle majarom, sprinkle celery salt, pepper.

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients to combine.
  • Steam four cabbage leaves and made little cups to eat it with!
