Want veggies with your breakfast for dinner? Turn pancakes into a savory flapjack with all the fixins.
Pancake mix: Kodiak Cakes (or your favorite mix!)
Chopped veggies and or beans
Make mix for your portions and add some of the veggies – just enough to cover the top layer and embed a few.
Cook per usual
Veggies on the side
Serve and top with all your favorite fixins!
