Pancakes gone wild!!!

Want veggies with your breakfast for dinner? Turn pancakes into a savory flapjack with all the fixins.

Pancake mix: Kodiak Cakes (or your favorite mix!)

Chopped veggies and or beans

Make mix for your portions and add some of the veggies – just enough to cover the top layer and embed a few.

Cook per usual

I made these for dinner tonight and they were fabulous! I added some salsa on top and a little bit of Mexican cheese. I love how simple it is, thanks for the idea.
