Greek Tuna Salad
This Greek tuna salad brings all the best mediterranean ingredients together into a fresh and protein-packed lunch.

can tuna
drained

mayo

Greek yogurt
Juice and zest of half a large lemon
Half a bell pepper
diced
1/4
cup
pitted Kalamata olives
1/4
cup
fresh parsley
chopped
1/4
cup
crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
Drain tuna and flake into a mixing bowl
Add mayo, yogurt, lemon zest and lemon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Gently stir in remaining ingredients until mixture is well combined.
Serve with crackers, chips, a fork, or on a sandwich!
