Step 1

Line an 8x8” pan with parchment paper. Toast oats in a dry skillet for 8-10 minutes. Mix with nuts and seeds in a bowl.

Step 2

Heat wet ingredients until warm. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and salt.

Step 3

Add in the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Swap in dried fruit, chocolate chips, or coconut if you like.

Step 4

Press the mixture firmly into the parchment lined pan. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Step 5

Cut into bars and store in the fridge. They also freeze well!
