I've made smoothies before from cooked oatmeal and lots of raw oats that were incredibly DOUGHY and I haven’t stopped thinking about them!Then I had the idea to combine the doughiness of overnight oats with a smoothie – to create a doughy smoothie!I made it right in my Vita-mix and then put the whole thing in the fridge to soak. Then in the morning, I blended up the overnight oats…into a dough boy smoothie!

Ingredients
1cupraw rolled oats
1cupmilk
2tbspchia seeds
1banana
Sprinkle cinnamon
Splash vanilla
Pinchkosher salt
Instructions
Combine all into a blender, stir and put in fridge overnight. In the morning, add about 1/4 cup more milk (just to loosen things up) and whirl away. Top with favorites!
