Chocolate Coconut Oat Balls

These chocolatey oat balls come together in minutes and make a great snack!

  • 3/4 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp dried coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter softened
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sunflower butter or other nut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 tbsp water


  • Soften coconut butter in the microwave or a pot of warm water.
  • Combine all ingredients except for water in a bowl. Mix well with hands.
  • Add water one tablespoon at a time until mixture comes together into a dough.
  • Roll dough into eight balls and chill in the refrigerator.
