Super Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 2 loosely packed cups greens
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 a ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 big scoop about 2 tbsp sunflower butter
  • 3 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender and blend!
