Chocolate Coconut Oat Balls
These chocolatey oat balls come together in minutes and make a great snack!
Servings 8 Balls
- 3/4 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp dried coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut butter softened
- 1/4 cup chocolate sunflower butter or other nut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 tbsp water
Soften coconut butter in the microwave or a pot of warm water.
Combine all ingredients except for water in a bowl. Mix well with hands.
Add water one tablespoon at a time until mixture comes together into a dough.
Roll dough into eight balls and chill in the refrigerator.
