Overnight Everything

A blend of overnight oats and chia pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Sprinkle cinnamon
  • Splash vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a jar or bowl.
  • Set in fridge and chill overnight, or for 2-3 hours.
  • Get carried away with toppings and enjoy chilled.
