Cinnamon Vanilla Almond Butter
Servings 1 small mason jar
- 3 cups raw almonds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1.5 tbsp almond oil or other neutral oil
Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
Toss almonds in maple, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
Bake almonds for 15-20 minutes, until fragrant and crunchy.
Add almonds to a large food processor along with 1.5 tbsp of almond oil.
Blend for a total of 8-10 minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary.
