Cinnamon Vanilla Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1.5 tbsp almond oil or other neutral oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees.
  • Toss almonds in maple, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Bake almonds for 15-20 minutes, until fragrant and crunchy.
  • Add almonds to a large food processor along with 1.5 tbsp of almond oil.
  • Blend for a total of 8-10 minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary.
