Lemon Cream Hummus

Servings 2 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons zested and juiced
  • 2 can garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend everything together in a food processor. Easy peasy!
