Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk or 1/3 cup milk + 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp molasses
  • Pinch each of cinnamon ginger, and nutmeg
  • Pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  • Mix oats, chia seeds, spices, molasses, salt, and milk in a jar or bowl.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight, in the fridge.
  • In the morning, top with leftover gingerbread cookies, or Biscoff!!
