Lavender Crunch Hummus

Not your traditional bean dip! This herby, crunchy hummus is a fun change from usual savory varieties.

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans drained
  • 1 tbsp dried lavender
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pecans

Instructions

  • Mix first 5 ingredients together in food processor, saving olive oil for last minute drizzling. Pulse in pecans at end.
