Not your typical burrito, these guys are stuffed with mango, banana, coconut, refried black beans and sriracha!
- Half a can of Trader Joe’s refried black beans (which I love but you could also mash up some regular black beans
- 2 tbsp chopped pickled jalapenos
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 mango sliced
- 2 tbsp sweetened coconut
- Sprinkle sriracha
- 2 whole wheat tortillas we used Whole Foods brand
Mix beans with some pickled jalapenos over medium heat, until hot.
Top with banana, mango slices, coconut and the hot stuff.
Folded ‘em up and baked at 400* for about 10 minutes.
